The canvas is a window, the paintbrush is the world. To take a photograph is to make an indelible record of the state of the world at a moment in time. Though the life of the moment captured in a photograph ends as the shutter falls back into place, the life of the photograph has just begun. New stories emerge out of the frame with every viewing, ever evolving and changing as society sweeps forward. I collect these moments: People, Places, Thoughts, Feelings.
